Ironfall Invasion On Nintendo 3DS Surpasses 300,000 Downloads

so is nintendo starting to come out with crappy games for the nintendo e shop.

My Nintendo News

We just posted that a new update is available in Europe for IronFall: Invasion. Now the development team have taken to Twitter to say that they passed 300,000 downloads for the Nintendo 3DS eShop title. I’m pretty sure this total is not just sales but also downloads of the free demo version. If it was sales alone that this would be a magnificent achievement for the eShop shooter.

can you use these amiibos for just any wiiu game?

My Nintendo News

If you’re after a good deal it is always wise to check Amazon and their prices. The popular retailer currently has a number of amiibo available for just under $10, which is a great price. You can grab Mario, Zelda, Toon Link and a few more for less than $10. Now that’s not a deal you can complain about.

little kids who are the ages of 10 through 13 should not be playing violent games.

My Nintendo News

A recent report by the BBC says that head teachers in Cheshire in the United Kingdom will report parents to the authorities if they find out that their children have been playing 18+ games like Grand Theft Auto V and Call of Duty. Schools have sent out letters warning parents of the risk of them allowing their children to play unsuitable video games.

“We are trying to help parents to keep their children as safe as possible in this digital era.

“It is so easy for children to end up in the wrong place and parents find it helpful to have some very clear guidelines.”

Rumour: Grand Theft Auto V Was Prototyped For Wii U

so there isn’t going to be gta for the wiiu.

My Nintendo News

We all wanted Grand Theft Auto V on Wii U, but sadly RockStar never delivered. Liam Robertson from Unseen64 says that the company did have a brief prototype up and running for the Wii U but scrapped it in the end. This was possibly due to the small user base that the console had at the time. Details are rather scarce as you would expect, but it’s interesting news none the less.

Miiverse discussions are always interesting and this latest one certainly isn’t an exception. Nintendo recently held a Miiverse Developers Room Meeting for The Legend of Zelda series to provide gamers with a little more insight into the game. There were many things discussed including Legend of Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma’s favorite location in Majora’s Mask, Majora meaning, and also a nice little tease for the return of the Happy Mask Salesman. This entire interview was a faux interview with the Happy Mask Salesman and you can read excerpts above.

Koei Tecmo Says Hyrule Warriors Has Brought Freshness To The Series

will this be for the wii u?

My Nintendo News

The Dynasty Warriors series has been around for a long time and Koei Tecmo producer Akihiro Suzuki says that he was pleased to team up with Nintendo for Hyrule Warriors as he believes it has brought freshness to the series. Suzuki recently admitted that over the years they’ve seen a sales decline in the franchise which he says has been given a new breath of life with Hyrule Warriors.

The franchise has been going on for quite a while now. People are getting used to the whole package – the gameplay, the plotline and the atmospheric setting of the game. But we need to make sure we’re keeping the series as fresh as it can be for future instalments.
